Life Support Group

IOP graduates and their family members are welcome to join this group for continued support on what they’ve learned during their time with us. This group is peer-led and meets weekly every Tuesday from 4:30 to 5:30 pm.

Participants get to share their progress, victories and challenges and establish a weekly goal based on the topic discussed.

Life & Health Group Coaching

This group is designed to provide continuous support for those making lifestyle changes. Group meets every Monday from 6:00 to 7:30 pm for eight-weeks. Next group starts on September 13 with a FREE intro session at 6 PM either virtually or at Beautiful Minds Medical.
