Living with a mental health condition can feel exhausting and isolating. When symptoms linger, it can affect how you think, how you relate to others, and how hopeful you feel about the future. Many people reach a point where they want care that looks at their condition comprehensively, not just at their symptoms.
Learning about the conditions treated by PrTMS therapy® for Roseville patients can help you decide if this personalized form of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is right for you. PrTMS® therapy is designed to support healthier brain activity while fitting into a broader wholistic treatment plan—to help you feel better in your mind, body, and spirit, not just managing day-to-day symptoms.
Personalized repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (PrTMS®) is a noninvasive therapy that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate specific areas of your brain involved in mood, focus, and emotional regulation. Unlike traditional TMS, PrTMS® is tailored to your unique brain patterns, allowing your care team to design a treatment plan that is specific to you rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
PrTMS® sessions are conducted similarly to TMS sessions—you remain awake and alert during treatment, and most people can return to normal activities right after each session. Patients often appreciate that TMS therapy is drug-free and does not result in the systemic side effects commonly associated with medications.
At our offices, we see this treatment as part of a larger wholistic model of care that follows a bio-psycho-social-spiritual framework. This focuses on understanding root causes, not just surface-level symptoms. We offer PrTMS® therapy to Roseville residents with a range of conditions, and your treatment plan may also include:
These elements are guided by our CHOOSE LIFE approach, which emphasizes connection, hydration, optimism, oxygen, self-control, exercise, light, internal clock, food, and environment.
We most commonly use PrTMS® to support people living with depression, especially when symptoms have not improved with standard treatments. We can also use TMS therapy as part of a care package to treat anxiety, which often involves overactivity in certain brain circuits—PrTMS® can calm and rebalance those brain patterns. When combined with breathing exercises, relational support, and lifestyle changes, some people experience improved resilience and emotional steadiness.
In some cases, we may include PrTMS® therapy in treatment plans for patients in Roseville with conditions such as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). While results vary from person to person, our goal is to support healthier brain communication while addressing psychological, social, and spiritual factors that influence your healing. We always approach your care with compassion, realism, and a commitment to individualized support.
Mental health challenges rarely exist in isolation. They are shaped by your biology, life experiences, relationships, habits, and beliefs. This is why we offer TMS therapy alongside wholistic care, reflecting our belief that healing happens when mind, body, and spirit are all addressed together.

Important Safety Information
The most common side effect is pain or discomfort at or near the treatment site. These events are transient, occurring during the TMS treatment course and typically not recurring for most patients after the first week of treatment. There is a rare risk of seizure associated with the use of TMS therapy (<0.1% per patient).
PrTMS® Advanced Therapy should not be used with patients who have non-removable conductive metal in or near the head. PrTMS® Advanced Therapy has not been studied in patients who have not received prior antidepressant treatment.
