Finding the right mental health care can be a challenge, even with insurance. If you have treatment-resistant depression, your body does not respond to medication. You may also find that the side effects of traditional psychiatric medications are too difficult to manage. As you consider alternative options, such as PrTMS® Therapy, it is important to understand if your insurance will cover your desired treatment.
Our team at Beautiful Minds Medical is here to give you the care that works best for you. We will help you navigate the world of insurance and determine if you will qualify for VA/Tricare insurance coverage for PrTMS® candidates in Roseville. Finding an effective treatment that helps you manage your mental health symptoms is our goal, and we are willing to help you every step of the way to make that goal a reality.
Personalized repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (PrTMS®) is a non-invasive mental health treatment option optimized to your brain patterns. It uses electromagnetic fields to target specific regions of your brain that are underperforming, often those involved in mood control. This stimulation encourages the growth and repair of neural networks, increasing activity and providing lasting results for your mental health symptoms. This tool can help with cognitive clarity and emotional balance, mitigating the negative mental health symptoms you have been struggling with.
During sessions when the device is placed near your scalp, you experience a tapping sensation and a repetitive clicking sound, and you will be provided with earplugs to manage. Our team will adjust the measurements and intensity during your first treatment session, finding the correct baseline for you to maximize your results. You can trust that your PrTMS® is handled by skilled professionals at every treatment session and is backed by VA and Tricare insurance for Roseville patients.
In Roseville, both VA and Tricare insurance cover PrTMS® therapy treatments. This can help mitigate the cost-prohibitive aspects of seeking care, allowing you to have access to the mental health treatment that makes a real difference. While generally covered, you must examine your particular insurance plan, as there may be some stipulations you must meet before your procedure is covered. Our team is happy to help you work with VA and Tricare insurance to get you the care you need at a price you can afford.
We encourage you to reach out to your provider to discuss your insurance plan in more detail and learn the specifics that may affect your care. Your provider can verify the number of sessions they may be willing to cover for your mental health care. This will also be your chance to discuss what co-pay or deductible you must meet to take full advantage of the resources available to you.
